I just figured it out. Economic refugees are going to migrate to the states that still have schools and food and clean water. The source of the mass refugee flux will be the other states of the union. The Mexicans are going to have competition.

I predict there will many mass migrations of people looking for shelter, food, water, as this attack on workers strengthens and the fascist corporations gain more power. I don't know where there will be to run and I don't trust that Americans won't get violent attacking scapegoats. Think of all the guns in the hands of nuts.
