Diane Denish Endorsed for Governor by Albuquerque Firefighters
Denish with President Clinton at this week's fundraiser
today received the endorsement of the Albuquerque Firefighters, IAFF Local 244.
"I am honored to receive the support of the brave men and women of the Albuquerque Fire Department," Denish said in a written statement. "As governor, I will be a strong advocate for the first responders who keep us safe. Our fire fighters deserve the best equipment, fair pay and good benefits for their families, and I will stand with them because they do so much for all of us."
Denish had previously received the endorsement of the New Mexico Professional Fire Fighters Association. See a list of her to date.
