Lt. Gov. Denish's Financial Education Summit to Promote Practical Solutions to Economic Challenges
The 3rd Annual Lt. Governor’s Summit on Financial Education will be held on Friday, April 10, from 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM at the Hotel Albuquerque, 800 Rio Grande Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104. The summit will focus on practical solutions to better prepare New Mexicans for financial challenges ahead.
“I know that many New Mexicans are hurting in these tough economic times,” said Lt. Governor Diane Denish in a written statement. “This summit will provide practical solutions for those most impacted by the current economic environment.”
The summit is designed for new investors, pre-retirees, college students, adult dislocated workers, and seniors. The primary focus of the summit will be on those who have lost their jobs or suffered a significant loss of income.

The 3rd Annual Lt. Governor’s Summit on Financial Education is sponsored by the New Mexico Coalition for Financial Education, NM Securities Division, the Investor Protection Trust, AARP, Edward Jones, Finance New Mexico, University of New Mexico, Thornburg Investment Management, Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, CILA, First Financial Credit Union, and Century Bank.

How does this benefit the politicians? They have mistaken their viability as leaders in power with being public servants.
