I'm tellin' ya.
There is a statistical dead heat between Patsy and Heather. Patsy is gonna lose because the election has to be swayed only a percent or two. These close races just make those corrupt election officials just lick their chops.

Greg Palast didn't mention Voter ID, as another reason many people weren't allowed to vote or used Provisional Ballots, which had a good chance of being rejected for errors. (They are complicated, like an absentee ballot, and were new to the voters and poll workers.) There were many new voters, especially Democrats, in 2004, who had to show an ID to vote. In some counties, voters whose names on their ID didn't match their registration exactly were rejected. I heard that the Secretary of State left this up to each County Clerk. After the election we went back and entered the names, precincts and reasons for all the rejected votes at the county Voting Machine warehouse.
