Hey, gang. Rosi Efthim here. I run NJ for Democracy (DFA) here, with 4 other folks. I often visit your excellent website to see what's happening in NM.

I see the ACLU event coming up! Excellent! I wanted to let you know we have a DFA ACLU case here in NJ - one of our DFA members (a fellow member of the NJ for Democracy Exec. Board, Bob Flisser) was handcuffed and arrested at the Aug. 17 national vigils for Cindy Sheehan (sponsored by DFA, MoveOn & True Majority). The first court appearance is Wednesday. Our case is on the front page of ACLU-NJ's quarterly, Civil Liberties Reporter, here:

I hope NM comes out to support ACLU -because ACLU supports our First Amendment rights!
