HEADS UP: Lecture on Torture & Geneva Conventions
U.S. policy on torture and terrorism will be the subject of a free lecture by defense attorney Joshua Dratel, at Noon Thursday (2/17) at UNM Law forum, at the UNM Law Library.
Dratel's lecture is entitled: 'Tortured reasoning : has the U.S. abandoned the Geneva Conventions after 9/11?'
